Enerven specialises in the design, construction, and maintenance of electrical, telecommunications, and renewable infrastructure, with specific expertise and experience relating to South Australia’s distribution and transmission network infrastructure.

Working at Enerven, you will play a major role in building and transforming the infrastructure which will revolutionise the energy industry and create a more sustainable future for all Australians.

At Enerven, we’re focussed on connecting you with tomorrow.

About the role

As one of our Program Resource Analysts, you will play a crucial role in delivering and growing Enerven’s project portfolio in South Australia and nationally.  You will generate a reliable company-wide labour demand and supply forecast and derive valuable insights to positively influence decision making related to workforce planning and project management.

You will report to and collaborate closely with the Project Control Manager to develop and enhance Enerven’s forecasting tools, with focus on efficiency, data integrity and governance.

Day to day you will:

  • Engage and consult broadly with Enerven colleagues, including business development and estimating, project planning and delivery, procurement, finance, human resources, and executives.
  • Summarise schedules and estimates for potential and ongoing projects and capture this summarised information into workload forecast (hosted in Primavera P6 database).
  • Update and maintain Enerven labour capacity data within the workforce forecast, utilising existing HR systems for accurate mapping of personnel to roles.
  • Contribute to the development of portfolio forecasting and reporting systems, with focus on efficient processes, data integrity and user experience.
